29-year-old man dies after being struck by a vehicle in Saskatoon

SASKATOON  — A 29-year-old man was fatally struck by a vehicle on Wednesday night in Saskatoon after an altercation between two drivers.

The Saskatoon Police Service says that, on March 30 at approximately 9 p.m., they received the report of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian in the 800 block of Avenue W South.

SPS says responding officers learned that an altercation between drivers, who were known to each other, had occurred and resulted in the 29-year-old man being struck by a vehicle. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced deceased from his injuries.

The SPS Major Crime Section, Forensic Identification Section and Collision Analysts continue to investigate
