The following are highlighted motions that had been made at the meeting, including any motions made after council exited in-camera discussions, which are closed to the public.

SW 10-29-9 W3rd Fencing

787/19 – Grotheim/Childerhose:  That we proceed with construction of approximately 418.37 meters of fencing around ten (10) acres of town owned land located at SW 10-29-9 W3rd in partnership with the adjacent landowner, with the Town incurring all reasonable costs associated with the fencing to be located on our land.  Carried.

Cottage #4 Energy Audit Compliance Upgrades

793/19 – Applin/Smith:  That we proceed with the upgrades to Cottage #4 in order to comply with current regulations and specifications outlined in the results of the energy efficiency audit, and further that we contract Halonen construction to complete the upgrades at an estimated cost of thirty-two thousand two hundred and thirty-two dollars and eighty-two cents ($32,232.82), a copy of the quote attached hereto to form a part of these minutes.  Carried.

Asphalt Repairs

797/19 – Applin/Simonson:  That we contract ASL Paving, subcontractor for the sewer line replacement, to complete miscellaneous asphalt repairs throughout town as determined by the Superintendent of Municipal Operations, at an estimated cost of one hundred and forty-four dollars per square meter ($144.00/m2) within the determined budget.  Carried.
