Multi-residential fire:

SASKATOON — Saskatoon authorities are investigating a multi-residential fire on Tuesday, April 11.

According to reports, the fire caused an estimated damage of $30,000. The investigation is ongoing, and no cause or origin has been identified yet.

Fortunately, all occupants of the multi-unit structure were safely evacuated. However, one firefighter sustained an injury while rescuing a building occupant and was transported to the hospital for medical attention. The firefighter was later discharged and advised to rest and recover at home.
