MISTUSINNE - A 62-year-old man is in police custody after being located in the Lake Diefenbaker region.
On Thursday afternoon, July 20, Saskatoon police discovered the body of a 63-year-old woman in the Nutana neighbourhood of the city. The latest homicide victim in the Bridge City was found at a home in the 800 block of 10th Street East.
With help from the RCMP, a man who is said to have known the victim was arrested in the resort village of Mistusinne, which is located just a short cruise south of the village of Elbow along Highway 19.
The identity of the deceased woman has not been released.
