OUTLOOK - Outlook rockers Bad Influence played a hometown show on Saturday night, October 28 at the Outlook Motor Hotel as part of the lineup for the venue's Halloween party, joined by Saskatoon group Psycho Love for a two-punch double helping of hard rock music from two bands that are both fronted by talented women.
Chris Akre, a local drummer and the father of lead singer Syhra Ellis, lent his vocal talents to an Ozzy Osbourne classic, 'Crazy Train', before the hometown group, comprised of lead singer Ellis, guitarist Josh Rude, bassist Bailey Parr-Kennedy, and drummer Scot Wallace had the bar hopping and a number of costumed guests on the floor dancing, including the unavoidable presence of a seven-foot tyrannosaurus rex. What can be said, readers - only on Halloween!
