OUTLOOK - An annual photo contest has helped put a spotlight on the beauty and tranquility of the riverside community of Outlook.
Put on by the Town of Outlook's Parks and Recreation Department, this year's contest saw three images picked that certainly grab both attention and eyes. Prizes will be awarded to the winners, and the department says that the creativity and talent displayed by everyone who submitted photos amazed all who saw them.
The top three photos in this year's contest were:
1st Place: Tom Jose's Landscape Photo
2nd Place: Tom Jose's Girl with the Lantern
3rd Place: Brody Hermanson's The Cowboy and his Horse
The department says that the winning photos "captured something truly special" and that Outlook is home to a lot of photography talent. They also thank everyone who participated in the contest, making the work for the anonymous volunteer judges all the more difficult to determine the winners.
