YBID announces new Executive Director

YORKTON – The Yorkton Business Improvement District (YBID) announced Oct. 1  the appointment of Kaitlyn Kitzan as its new Executive Director.

Kitzan brings with her a wealth of experience in operations management, community engagement, and business development, making her an ideal fit to lead YBID into its next chapter of growth and innovation. 

Todd Kulcsar, Chair of the YBID Board of Directors, expressed his excitement about Kaitlyn’s appointment.

"We are excited to welcome Kaitlyn to the YBID team. Her extensive experience and passion for supporting local businesses will be invaluable as we continue to enhance the business environment in Yorkton. Kaitlyn’s leadership will help us build stronger partnerships and drive initiatives that will foster growth for the downtown business community," said Kulcsar.

Kitzan said she is eager to take on this new role and continue her work within the community.

"I am excited to join YBID and look forward to working closely with the local business community. My goal is to ensure that Yorkton’s BID remains a vibrant and thriving hub for both businesses and residents. Together, we will build on the success of past initiatives while creating new opportunities for economic growth," said Kitzan.
