Frank Strong thought he’d find something interesting at St. Paul’s Anglican Church’s biannual rummage sale, but didn’t expect to see a photo of his family grinning back at him. “What a surprise,” said Strong, who rescued the photo. Since many church members often donate large boxes of ‘treasures’ for the sale, it’s assumed the picture made it into the sale by accident.
