Winter Festival
Just because the temperature has cooled down doesn't mean Downtown NB has. The North Battleford Business Improvement District held its Winter Festival and parade Saturday afternoon. The road in front of Innovation Credit Union was blocked for a game of shinny, sleigh rides and a wiener roast. A good-sized crowd came out to take in the sunshine (despite the biting wind) to take in the winter festivities. The festival was followed by the Santa Parade. Photos by Shannon Kovalsky
