Colin Robert Kerr Colin Robert Kerr, late of Weyburn, Sask. passed away Monday June 20, 2011, at the age of 38 years. Colin was predeceased by his sister, Carolyn Kerr; grandparents, Bliss and Flossie Kerr; grandfather, Stephan Norman, along with numerous aunts and uncles. Colin is survived by his parents, Donald and Darlene Kerr, Stoughton, Sask.; his maternal Grandmother, Token Norman, Foam Lake, Sask.; his sister, Stephanie (Derek Lapawchuk) Willette, Estevan, Sask.; and her six children: Bonnitta (Jason Whitrow) Kerr-Lazeski, Weyburn, Sask., Chelsea (Lane Hallick) Kerr-Lazeski, Saskatoon, Sask., Steven (Heather MacFarlane) Kerr-Lazeski, Coleman, Alta., Jordan Kerr-Lazeski, Kirstin Kerr-Lazeski and Keagan Kerr; his sister Rosanne (Laurel) Pachiorka, Estevan, Sask. and their four children: Harley, Marshall, Carolyn, and Ryder; and one very special great niece, Nyeema Whitrow as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Colin was born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan September 8, 1972, to Donald and Darlene Kerr. Colin was an excellent projects-man, he loved to renovate, construct, build and was full of ideas. In 1990, Colin attended SIAST in Moose Jaw, completing his journeyman in autobody. He spent many years working in the oilfield, as well as long haul and short haul trucking and working as an operator and in construction. He was a true friend and was always there for friends and family. Colin was dedicated to health and fitness, martial arts, naturopathy and enjoyed reading novels such as sci-fi, medieval, and naturopathy. He was always researching information in books, on the computer and in stores. He was a wealth of information. He was taking guitar lessons, enjoyed making wine and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. A funeral service for Colin was held on Monday, June 27, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. from Stoughton Legion Hall, Stoughton, Sask. with Deborah Laforet, officiating. Interment followed on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Foam Lake Family Cemetery, Foam Lake, Sask. Honourary pallbearers were all in attendance.
