Delicious corn on the cob was on the menu Friday night at the first Ears and Beers dinner hosted by the Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum at the Legion Hall in Battleford. Ham, sausages, buns and pickles were also prepared for dinner. There were prizes to be won as well, including a new camera and a bench. Volunteers were on hand to dish out the food and sell draw tickets for the prizes.President and CEO Jane Shury said they hope to turn this into an annual event for the museum as diners had a “whole lot of fun.”Photo by Brett Smith
