Edward W. "Ted" Souther Dec. 20, 1922 - June 22, 2011 Ted Souther, late of Bienfait, Sask. passed away in Regina, Sask. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the age of 88 years. Ted is survived by his sons, Red (Betty) Souther, La Ronge, Sask. and Darwyn Souther, Regina; daughters, Lynda Marcishchuk, Regina and Karen (Alvin) Wilhlem, Edson, Alta.; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Millie, Lorraine, Marie and Rosella; and brothers, Cliff and Walt. Ted will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and families, and especially by Red, Betty, Travis and Troy and many good friends. He was predeceased by his parents, W.O. and Hazel Souther; wife, Dora (Martha Ida) Souther; son Mervin; grandson Verne and three brothers, Don, Len and LeRoy. Funeral Service was held on Monday, June 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church, Estevan, Sask., with Pastors Bob Schultz and Dennis Fingas officiating. Interment took place in Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan. Those so wishing may make donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation of Canada in Ted's memory. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hall Funeral Services, Estevan. GONE TO BE WITH MOM
