Eleanor Gayle Mantei On July 2, 2011 Gayle Mantei of Hondo, Alberta passed away at the age of 69 years. Survived by her loving companion, Eddie Eleniak; two sons Kevin (Shauna) Ribling of Athabasca and Kelly (Annette) Ribling of Fort Macleod; 4 grandchildren; Liam (Sara) Graling, Erin Ribling, Colton Ribling, Karlee Ribling, 1 great-granddaughter; Nevianna, and sister Sandra (Jerry) Neighbour of Bassano, Alberta. Predeceased by her first husband Leonard Ribling, her parents Dayle and Jeannetta McNamee, and 2 brothers Ronald and Reginald McNamee. Funeral service was held Friday, July 8 at 11:00 a.m. at the Smith Community Agriplex. Pastor Joe Mkar officiated. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital. Athabasca Community Chapel in care of arrangements. 780-675-3996.
