The Battlefords Humane Society held its annual fundraising banquet and auction Saturday evening at the Gold Ridge Centre. Almost 300 people attended, and as they passed down the hall leading to the banquet area, they were greeted by a display of all the animals presently available for adoption at the animal shelter in North Battleford.
