There were many eager shoppers hoping to be among the first shoppers at the annual Snowflakes and Sugarplums craft sale in Sturgis on November 28. The sale offers the opportunity to purchase special gifts, not available anywhere else.
The annual show at the Sturgis Community Hall attracted 33 vendors.
           Vendors in attendance included: Sheila Guilbault with Thirty-one items; Angela Nagy with Younique; Patsy Letwiniuk with Watkins; Granny's Soaps; Stephen and Amy Kish with Stephen’s Custom Leather; Shirley Stoudt with Regal; Thelma Boen with Christmas items and baby dolls; representatives of the READ Club; Janet Roelens with Scentsy; Faye Andrusiak with Arbonne; representatives of Caleigh Crystals; Edith Belesky with Color by Amber; Linda Brewer with Off the Hook Hats; Diane Mateush with baking; Joanne Craig with Kalidscope jewelry; Eugene Kennedy with knitted articles; Karen Rose with signs; Athena Greba with Seacret; Joylene Mills with Avon; Brianna Rudychyk with Epicure; Dora Schutte with leather mocassins and mittens; representatives of the Sturgis Station House Museum; Heather Godlein with Juice Plus; Dale Belair with Bamboo for Life; Tammy Pantiuk with Rada Cutlery; Welma Bartel with personalized story books; Joanne Bandura and Marilyn Chorneyko with cement vases; Stephanie Reddit with baking; Linda Greba with wax readings; Elsie Jensen with Tupperware; Laura Dahl with Uffda Soaps; and Belinda Bocking with home-made chocolates.
           A spaghetti and meatball lunch was available from the kitchen counter.
