Yorkton MLA Greg Ottenbreit, Deputy Premier Ken Krawetz, Advanced Education Minister Rob Norris, and Yorkton Mayor Bob Maloney pose with the ceremonial shovel used for Tuesday’s sod-turning ceremony.
