Jackie and Donovan Swinnerton are still taking in the news of their $100,000 Extra win.

SASKATOON — Donovan and Jackie Swinnerton knew someone from Saskatoon city had won $100,000 on the Feb. 9 Lotto Max and Extra draw and were surprised to learn they were the winners.

“It was one of those moments when you’re in disbelief for the first couple minutes,” they said while claiming the prize. “We just stared at each other and laughed in shock.”

“We don’t have plans for the money yet,” they added. “We’ll probably just clean up some debt for now.”

The Swinnertons purchased the Lotto Max and Extra ticket at 1 Stop Convenience Store located at 20 – 249 Evergreen Square in Saskatoon. They won the prize by matching the last six digits of the Extra number drawn on Feb. 9 – 5931437.
