NORTH BATTLEFORD — High Tea was served at the Western Development Museum as part of the 2022 Battlefords Union Hospital Foundation's Festival of Trees. The High Tea event was dubbed the Royal Family Garden Party.
A week of activities is running from Nov. 25., to Dec. 2, with this year's Festival of Trees themed 'A Royal Christmas.'
