BJORKDALE — The Valley Inn held their annual show and shine and had a great turnout with great weather.
Winners for top thee cars were:
- 1st: Reg Black
- 2nd: Rick Schuurmans
- 3rd: Doug Armstrong
Mike Miller got the award for top bike.
Top 3 winners for top truck were:
- 1st: Bob Jackson
- 2nd: Ricky Nakonienczny
- 3rd: Reg Black
Jack and Ken Closter won a prize for coming from the furthest away.
The Bjorkdale skating rink held their annual slo-pitch tournament and a team from Red Earth won the top prize.
The skating rink is still tallying the total amount raised but wants to thank all the teams for coming and supporting the tournament and the Bjorkdale rink. There were six teams with a food booth, 50/50 and a raffle to make for a great day for everyone.
