Visiting Rose Danychuk this week were Mildred and Len Prokop of Saskatoon. Mildred and Rose are sisters.
Hazel MacEachern of Saskatoon was here for a few days to help me celebrate my birthday. Thanks to all the people who made my birthday such a special day. It was a day I will always remember and cherish. Duncan was able to be here also. Jean and family and Ken and Pam were unable to attend.
Tuesday morning coffee was enjoyed at Pine Island Suites by a number of the apartment ladies. I was treated to a trip to Meadow Lake and Cher's Sewing Centre with Tillie Burt, Frances Wright, Carol Newstead Hazel MacEachern and Marion Stoughton.
Wednesday, Hazel MacEachern appreciated a ride back to Saskatoon with Carol Hamelin and Rene Johner.
Luke James was in to visit Grandma Tillie Linkert. Next week he will be back to university.

Congratulations and belated birthday greetings to Colleen Koski, who celebrated her birthday Aug. 16. Chantal and granddaughter Jasmine treated her to dinner and shopping in North Battleford.
Colleen Koski has had medical appointments and tests in Lloydminster. No results as yet.
Riley, Chantal and Colleen Koski took Jasmine back to Strasbourg on the weekend. Jasmine has spent the summer holidays here and returned home to go back to school.
Heavy rains have stopped harvesting for a while, but with bright sunshine and warmer temperatures hopefully things will be back to normal.
