SPRUCE HOME — One person has been killed in a vehicle collision near Spruce Home.
On Feb. 9 at approximately 11:40 a.m., Prince Albert RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 2.
Investigation has determined that a semi, a car and a truck collided. The driver and sole passenger of the car, an 83-year-old female from Prince Albert was declared deceased at the scene. Her family has been notified. The drivers of the semi and truck did not report injuries. Neither had passengers.
Highway 2 was closed during initial investigation but has since re-opened. Prince Albert RCMP and a Saskatchewan RCMP traffic reconstructionist continue to investigate.
