SASKATOON - A man is facing charges after a teenager was assaulted in Saskatoon.
At approximately 2:20 p.m. on Aug. 5, Saskatoon police were called to the 1600 block of Avenue H North for a report of an unknown problem. Further information stated a male youth had been assaulted.
When they arrived, officers found a 14-year-old victim suffering from injuries consistent with an assault. Officers then located and arrested the suspect at a home in the 1500 block of Avenue F North.
It is believed the victim and suspect are known to each other.
As a result, a 38-year-old man is facing charges relating to assault, uttering threats, and failure to comply with court-ordered conditions.
