THE BATTLEFORDS — The North Battleford Fire Department responded to an early morning garage fire at 862-106th Street, which had turned into a second fire involving a neighbouring garage.
Firefighters responded to the call at 4:12 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 24 and were able to contain the fire to the two garage structures.
Houses on the properties received minimal external damage as a result of the blaze, but both garages were deemed a total loss.
An investigation into the cause of the fire ruled that the blaze was 'undetermined' and no injuries have been reported.
NBFD units were back in service at 8 a.m. that same morning morning.
