Patrons to a Regina Costco and the southern KFC on Albert Street in the southern part of town are being warned a person infected with COVID-19 visited those business on July 6.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority said the person, who was likely infectious, visited Costco around 3 p.m. to 4 pm. and the KFC around 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
鈥淭his public health alert is being issued as a precaution,鈥� said the release from the health authority. 鈥淲e know that COVID-19 is easily transmitted and want to ensure residents are aware if they have been at these businesses during the listed times.鈥�
Anyone who attended this business during the listed times below should be self-monitoring for symptoms for 14 days after their visit or seek a testing referral by contacting HealthLine 811, the authority said, adding that COVID-19 testing is now available to everyone.
