SASKATOON - A man is recovering following a stabbing last night in Saskatoon.
At around 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 26, police were called to a residence in the 900 block of 5th Avenue North for a report of a man that was seeking assistance from an area resident following a stabbing.
Upon arrival, police and paramedics attended to the 18-year-old male victim who was suffering from multiple serious stab wounds; he was transported to hospital by Medavie Heath Services West for further treatment.
The stabbing is believed to have occurred somewhere downtown by persons unknown to the victim.
Police are continuing to investigate
