MACKLIN — Macklin Wildlife Federation held another successful awards banquet Jan. 14.
The annual sold-out event is one of the club’s biggest fundraisers, with proceeds going back into various projects and programs around the community. The prepared various cuts of moose, elk, deer, wild boar, rabbit, fowl, and fish for their guests.
After everyone had enjoyed supper, the club announced award the winners in all big game and fish categories. All attendees were able to take in the stage display of most of the big game animals harvested from the area this last year, as well as a lineup of live auctions, raffle draws and silent auction items. The event continues to bring out people from all over the area.
The Macklin Wildlife Federation would like to take this opportunity to thank sponsors, volunteers, and attendees, without whose support events like this are not made possible.
