CUT KNIFE—The Cut Knife Wildlife Federation held its annual wildlife supper on March 7, with hunting and fishing enthusiasts gathering for an evening of good food, fun and fundraising.
Wild meats were available again at this year’s feast, including moose, elk, deer and fish in a wide variety of dishes. As people filled their plates, those who were left waiting their turn would groan when they were not chosen. Many in attendance said the food was delicious again this year, walking away with a full belly.
Diners also had the opportunity to try their luck on various draws and silent auction items. These draws and silent auction items help the federation with conservation projects they continue to help with year-round.
The annual awards were also handed out at the banquet. Winners were:
