SASKATOON — Six artists who recently participated in the Bunkhouse Studios program are hosting a come-and-go exhibition of their work on Saturday, March 29, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Studio C, located at 409-Ave. C North in Saskatoon.
Artists Alexa Hainsworth, Kevin Wesaquate, Qiming Sun, Tetiana Hrytsenko, Ty McCaig and Xiao Han will be sharing works inspired by their time in the City of Saskatoon’s Bunkhouse Studios program.
Residents are encouraged to come to the event to view the art and talk with the artists about their residency experiences in the historic Bunkhouse at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo and the Albert Community Centre.
The Bunkhouse Studios is an artist-in-residence program sponsored by the City of Saskatoon that ran from 2019 to 2024.
