Rev. Doug passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at the age of 93 years. Doug was predeceased by his wife Lenna (2003); brothers Donald and Harold; sister Norma Lewis. Doug is fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Gail (Bob) Lowey, Garner (Kathy) Lewis, Jim (Linda) Garner, Linda Garner, Harold Garner, Katherine Skinner, Richard Garner, Sharon Keating, Donna Thompson, Sandra Hagenes, Barbara Segal, Rebecca Pittman, Jack Wilson, Wayne Wilson, Bethany Corrigan, Bill Wilson and many great nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church, 2170 Albert St., Regina, SK with Rev. Brad Childs officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Doug's memory may be made to the Lenna and Doug Garner Mission Trust Fund, c/o Presbyterian Church of Canada, 50 Wynford Dr., Toronto, ON M3C 1J7.
