ESTEVAN — Drewitz School of Dance students under the direction of Lorie-Gay Drewitz-Gallaway, were tested in tap, jazz and ballet exams, badges and medal tests last year.
The students were examined the end of November with examiner Paulette Puetz from Humboldt.
Recently received results were as follows:
Jazz badges and medals:
Gold jazz medal: honours – Tyann Babyak, Sydney Ross and Layla Kitz; highly commended – Rowyn Siever and Peyton Irwin; commended – Aurora McCutcheon and Rya Strilaeff.
Tap examinations:
Grade 2 tap: honours - Sydney Lainton; highly commended – Rowyn Siever and Brooke Dzeryk; commended - Elianna Wiebe and Peyton Irwin.
Tap badges and medals:
Pre-bronze tap medal: honours – Alice Mowchenko, Lexey Lievaart and Harper Eskra; highly commended – Eva Gedak; commended – Ivy Eskra.
Ballet examinations:
Ballet badges: preliminary ballet badge: successful – Lila Donovan, Eleanor Haagsma, Lexie Wourms, Kiara Michaelsen, Rya King, Aria Casemore, Willow Markoski, Ivy Anderson and Farrah Gustafson.
