ESTEVAN - One of the busiest intersections in Estevan is largely open once again.
Traffic has been moving through the intersection of Fourth Street and 13th Avenue, after being shut down for more than three months due to the downtown revitalization project in the 1100 and 1200 blocks of Fourth Street. The 1200-block of Fourth remains closed as of Tuesday afternoon as work is ongoing on those blocks.
But traffic can still move northbound and southbound on 13th Avenue, and vehicles can travel east of 13th on Fourth Street.
The intersection of Fourth Street and 11th Avenue opened in mid-October. Fourth Street and 12th Avenue remains closed.
