ESTEVAN - A Walk with the Cross was held in Estevan on Good Friday.
Participants gathered at Trinity Lutheran Church and walked several blocks, taking turns toting a large cross. They stopped at the Salvation Army, St. Giles Anglican, St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic and St. Paul's United Churches, as well as city hall.
At each location, they prayed, listened to a Bible passage and sang a hymn. Between stops, they pondered a question about their faith. Participants were also encouraged to meditate silently and pray as they walked.
