ESTEVAN - A semi-trailer unit is stuck on Perkins Street in Estevan on Wednesday morning, affecting traffic on one of the arterial roads in the city.
The semi was headed eastbound, up the hill, on Perkins between Souris Avenue South and McDonald Road.
The Estevan Police Service has been at the scene while the incident is being resolved.
Perkins Street is part of Estevan's truck route.
