ESTEVAN - Three blocks of Fourth Street in Estevan were shut down for most of April 21.
According to a post on its Facebook page, the City of Estevan said the 1300-1500 blocks were to be closed. A message on the Voyent Alert app, used by the city, added the closure is for road maintenance, and the blocks would be closed starting at 7 a.m.
Semis were encouraged to travel via the bypass, while detours were in place for westbound/eastbound traffic.
"Thank you for your understanding while we attend to this maintenance," the city said.
