ASSINIBOIA - A “Culture Days Amazing Race” is being held on Saturday, September 23, from 1 to 4 p.m. This is a free, fun filled activity promoted by the Assiniboia and District Arts Council that is suitable for all ages from 10 to adult.
Participants, in teams of three or four, will have to complete tasks presented to them and of course, the fastest teams will win great prizes.
Interested residents can register by September 12 by emailing [email protected] or fill out a registration form in person at the Shurniak Art Gallery.
Registration information must include the names of participants and a contact phone number or email address.
All tasks and most venues are within walking distance of the Hayley and Cayden Memorial Park, which is the starting point.
In case of rain the Amazing Race will be hosted in the Southland Co-op Centre.
Local residents are encouraged to dust off their running shoes on and come out for some fun.
