This week's Flashback is from the 1969 edition of the Mercury.
Competing in Southern Sask. Consols playdowns in mid-February of 1969 in Swift Current was the Dale Wetsch rink from Estevan, winner of District 3-D. Wetsch defeated Larry Klaus of Weyburn in the district final, thus winning the crests they proudly display.
