ESTEVAN - Thursday morning, Estevan RCMP reached out to the community through the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory network, is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the person or persons responsible for vandalizing the Pro-life Estevan and Area display at the Festival of Lights at Woodlawn Regional Park.
The crime occurred between Dec. 20-21.
“Vandalism and damage to property is a Criminal Code offence,” Estevan RCMP reminds.
