Olympia Fitness is hosting the "Olympia Summit" as a way to guide the community towards a healthier lifestyle in the New Year.
The "Olympia Summit" will combine nutrition, exercise, supplementation and relaxation for registered gym members and non-members from January 7 to 9.
"This is our way of helping people kick-off the New Year right," said manager and personal trainer Sarah Church.
The event will include a Pilate's workshop by Stott Pilate's instructor Shealese Stein, resistance training for the home and gym, a cardio workshop, a stretching and flexibility workshop, nutritional planning, nutritional supplementation information, a circuit training workshop and information on the benefits of hiring a personal trainer.
"This will be great for anybody just starting out in fitness or someone who has been into fitness for years and just needs some changes," said Church.
The Summit will feature the expertise of two certified personal trainers and a registered massage therapist who will help participants choose a safe and beneficial gym or at-home workout that is right for them.
During the event, participants will receive a complimentary lunch, nutritional breaks and a goody bag.
Tickets are limited and a deposit is required to hold a space in the Summit.
