I was getting some work done, but cheating a bit using a split screen so I could watch the landing of the Perseverance rover on Mars.

In our house it’s usually Scattergories, Sequence, Uno or one of a myriad of trivia games that find their way to the kitchen table when we want to play a board game. The titles change over time.

Every January, near the end of the month, there’s one day earmarked for spreading awareness of mental health issues and sharing feelings of empathy and understanding for those who struggle with it every day.
