REGINA – A 31-year-old Regina man appeared in court on charges relating to an "indecent act."
Police were called to the 800 block of Grace Street on March 21, just after 12:30 p.m., where they arrested the man.
"Information stated a lone male was seen masturbating, exposing himself to a 22 year-old female and her child who were nearby," said RPS in a media release.
The suspect was charged with an indecent act and indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.
He made his first court appearance on March 22.
