Battlefords RCMP investigate shot fired at home

A gun shot was fired at a North Battleford home at approximately 1:25 a.m. on Feb. 27.

NORTH BATTLEFORD - Battlefords RCMP say that at approximately 1:25 a.m. on Feb. 27, they got a report of a firearm discharge at a residence on St. Laurent Drive in North Battleford.

Their investigation determined a firearm was discharged by unknown individuals and struck the front window of a residence, which was occupied at the time. The occupants did not report any injuries to police.

Battlefords RCMP have been investigating since. Investigators are now asking members of the public who witnessed or have information about this incident to call Battlefords RCMP at 306-446-1720.
