Police locate missing 90-year-old man

WAKAW – Update: Police say Albert Lavallee has been located safe.

Original story: Wakaw RCMP ask the public’s help locating 90-year-old Albert Lavallee who was seen on Aug. 31.

Lavallee was last seen in Cudworth at approximately 1 p.m. on Aug. 31. He indicated he planned to drive to a location north of Cudworth in his blue 1999 blue Chevrolet Silverado with Saskatchewan license plate 674GGY. Initial investigation determined Albert never made it to his destination.

Albert is about 5-foot-8 and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He has grey hair and brown eyes.

Wakaw RCMP have been working diligently to locate him since he was reported missing to police, checking locations Albert Lavallee is known to visit.
