LIZARD LAKE – A cow and calf are missing from Lizard Lake pasture, say Livestock Services Saskatchewan. They were noticed as missing during round-up.
The cow is branded with a CRO U on the left hip. The cow/calf pair are both branded CON RUN F on the right shoulder. The pair also have orange and yellow ear tags.
Lizard Lake is about 65 kilometres southeast of Battleford.

Another producer is missing 25 Charolais cows and five calves (unspecified colour) from the Cowessess First Nations pasture. The cattle were last seen on Oct. 11. The cattle are not branded but carry black tags.
A Sonningdale producer has reported two missing cows and one calf that were pastured in the Sonningdale area, the R. M. of 376. They are branded DIA CRO on the right hip. The cows also carry green tags.
Near Cando, a producer is short two cows and 30 calves. Some calves may have died from predation, but unlikely all 30 did. All cattle were in the Cando pasture south of North Battleford and are branded with F OVR F on the right hip.
At the Battle River Pasture at Delmas, a producer is missing seven calves from the . All calves (unspecified colours) are branded OHA on the right rib.
