PRINCE ALBERT - Update: Police say that Kelsey Olson has been located safe.
Original story - The Prince Albert Police Service is issuing an urgent request for a vulnerable missing youth. Kelsey Olson is 16-years-old and was reported missing to police just before 4 p.m. Monday from the area around 3rd Avenue and 7th Street East.
Kelsey is approximately five-foot-four and around 120 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing blue camouflage pants, grey sweater, and brown boots.
