YORKTON - RCMP are asking for the public's help to locate a man who has escaped from a correctional centre in Yorkton.
On Aug. 17, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Yorkton RCMP received a request from a correctional centre in Yorkton to conduct a curfew check on a man who was subject to a temporary absence permit.
Yorkton RCMP responded, attending to a rural home in their detachment area, but he was not there.
RCMP have been working to locate the man and are now asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of 52-year-old Cory Clelland.
Clelland is wanted on warrant by Yorkton RCMP for being unlawfully at large.
He is described as approximately five foot ten and 190 pounds, with hazel-coloured eyes.
