Saskatoon police locate missing senior

Clarence Fontaine was last seen at around 9 a.m. on Feb. 23 in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue South in Saskatoon.

SASKATOON - Update: Police say Clarence Fontaine, has been safely located. Saskatoon police wish to thank members of the public and media for their assistance.

Original story: The Saskatoon Police Service are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 63-year-old.

Clarence Fontaine was last seen at around 9 a.m. on Feb. 23 in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue South in Saskatoon.

Fontaine is described as five foot eight, 180 pounds with short grey hair, and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a light brown jacket, sand coloured pants, he often wears a black or brown toque.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Clarence Fontaine is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 9-1-1. Anonymous information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
