MONTREAL LAKE – Police have charged a female youth with second-degree murder in 50-year-old Keith Stewart’s death.
The youth, who can’t be identified in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court May 12. Montreal Lake RCMP say the youth is under 16.
On May 2 at approximately 12:40 a.m., Montreal Lake RCMP responded to call about a man who needed medical assistance on Montreal Lake Cree Nation. They found Stewart on a road in Montreal Lake Cree Nation receiving medical assistance. He was pronounced deceased on scene by EMS.
