ELBOW — On Dec. 2, Outlook conservation officers received information regarding a mule deer buck that had been shot out of season and left to waste, approximately four miles northwest of Elbow. Officers located the deer and determined that it had been shot with a large calibre rifle. Officers believe this occurred at first light on Sunday, Dec. 2.
Evidence was collected at the scene and officers now need your assistance in finding the responsible individual(s).
