As of April 6, 2020, Saskatchewan has four new, confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the provincial total to 253. One hundred and sixty-nine of the cases are considered active. These are confirmed cases, minus those reported as recovered and deaths.

A Saskatchewan resident in the 80-89 age range has died from complications related to COVID-19. The province now has three deaths related to the virus.

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Government of Saskatchewan is limiting the size of public and private gatherings to a maximum of ten people.
