Crews are working to repair damaged lines and estimate power to be restored at approximately 11 p.m. in the Halbrite, Midale, Griffin, Macoun and Goodwater areas.

ESTEVAN – Crews are working to determine the cause of a power outage affecting several communities in southeast Saskatchewan.
According to an update at 10:55 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, crews continue to investigate the cause and repair time for the outage.
The outage is impacting Estevan and Weyburn areas, including communities of Midale, Macoun, Halbrite, Griffin, Colgate, Goodwater and surrounding areas. There is no estimated time for restoration.
A planned outage is also scheduled for the Estevan area for Monday, Feb. 24, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., affecting rural customers northeast of North Portal.
